Nancy Schulze

President
 

EDUCATION
Nancy received an accounting degree with a minor in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
From 1982 to 1984, she was with Main Hurdman in Midland, Texas, specializing in the oil and gas industry and in trust/estate accounting and taxation. From 1984 to 1992, Nancy worked for a local certified public accounting firm in Dallas as a tax manager. In February 1992, Nancy joined Chapman, Hext & Co., P.C. as tax manager.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nancy’s emphasis is in tax planning consultations as well as the oversight for corporate and individual income tax preparation for federal and state. She also assists clients in determining the proper structure for merger and acquisitions and choice of entity at startup. She has responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Firm and technical aspects of the practice.

PROFESSIONAL & BUSINESS AFFILIATIONS
Nancy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Beta Alpha Psi National Honors Accounting Fraternity at the University of Texas.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Nancy has served on the Board of Youth and Board of Education at Messiah Lutheran Church in Richardson for various periods of time since 1994. Nancy has also served on the Board for the Richardson Children’s Theatre since 1998. Nancy is also actively involved in a wide variety of community activities.
